Zhenya Lymar, CPA, CEPA, CPWA®
Founder & Owner
Zhenya didn't take a traditional path to becoming a CPA. She immigrated to the United States and started over with nothing. Her first job was selling cars on the road, traveling across the country. She built a window treatment design business, worked in soft furnishings, and reinvented herself more than once. When Hurricane Katrina destroyed her home in Mississippi, she rebuilt again. In her 40s, while working full time, she returned to school for four years to earn her accounting degree. She passed all four CPA exams on her first attempt, then continued to earn her CEPA and CPWA® credentials.
Her story offers a glimpse into who clients are working with: someone who has built things, lost things, and rebuilt. She understands what it takes to create something from nothing and what it means to protect what clients have worked for.
Zhenya created ClearSky CPA after seeing too many business owners receiving generic tax preparation without a strategic vision, or paying multiple advisors who never communicated with each other. She believes clients deserve thoughtful guidance and a coordinated approach to their finances.​​

Lin Wang, CPA
Tax Accountant
Lin Wang is a CPA and Tax Accountant at ClearSky CPA. With over 20 years in tax, accounting, financial management, and business advisory services, she helps individuals, business owners, and family-owned companies make informed financial decisions. Her experience covers roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Accounting and Tax, Tax Manager, and Senior Tax Accountant, spanning public accounting and private industry.
Lin enjoys helping clients simplify complex tax matters and identify planning opportunities. Whether preparing tax returns, developing a proactive tax strategy, or offering practical financial guidance, she focuses on the details and each client's goals. She helps clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident about their next steps.
She believes strong client relationships begin with trust, clear communication, and personalized advice. Outside the office, Lin enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cooking. She continues learning about new tax laws and technology to bring insights to her work.
